New Forest Crossing III- a 30 acre mixed use development along Beltway 8 consisting of 30,000 sf of retail space, three restaurant pads, two hotels, and 250 units of apartments. Tenants include: Men’s Wearhouse, LongHorn Steak house, Peter Piper Pizza, Holiday Inn Express.
Cypresswood Commons: a 15 acre mixed use development at SWC of Cypresswood and Treaswig consisting of six pads and 200 units of apartments. Tenants include: McDonalds, Family Dollar, and Oreilly Auto Parts.
Fallbrook Commons: a 13 acre mixed use development at FM 1960 and Fallbrook consisting of two retail pads, two hotels, and 3 acres of medical. Tenants include: Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, and Zaxby’s.

New Forest Town Center – a 120 acre mixed use development at SEC of Uvalde Rd, Hwy 90, and Beltway 8 consisting of 700,000 square feet of retail and medical space with 500 units of apartments. Land is purchased and negotiating leases with Anchor Tenants.

Stone Park Apartments I&II- 500 units of apartments north of Shops at Stone Park. Sold to Alliance Residential in 2012.
Stone Park- a 100 acre mixed used development at the NEC of Cypresswood Dr. and I-45 N featuring 200,000 sq. feet of retail, 300 units of apartments, and 30 acres of single family homes. Sold to MetroNational in 2007.
Black Rock Commons – a 5 acre retail development at Black Rock and Wallisville consisting of 30,000 square feet of retail space with two pads. Tenants include: JP Morgan Chase, Starbucks, Carls Jr, Mister Car Wash, and Sears. Still owned.
